About Us
We’re a structural carpentry company that lives and breathes timber. From loft conversions and extensions to new roofs and porches, we focus on the bones of a building – the parts that have to be strong, true and built to last.
Our founder grew up on the tools, learning carpentry the traditional way and falling in love with its history. He’s always been fascinated by how, wherever you go in the world, people frame, fix and raise structures in surprisingly similar ways, using many of the same materials and time-honoured techniques.
That respect for the craft runs through everything we do today. We don’t just build for now – we build with the same care as the carpenters who came before us, so the work we leave behind will stand proud for years to come.

On site, we focus on clean lines, solid fixing and proper detailing. From roof timbers to joists and beams, everything is set out, checked and double-checked. We use proven methods and quality materials so the frame is strong, true and ready for the next trades.

When we’re finished, you’re left with a clean, accurate structure that’s straight, level and properly tied together. Roofs sit right, openings are where they should be, and everything is ready for insulation, cladding and finishes – a solid backbone for the rest of the build.
